![]() ![]() Out of nowhere after shutting down my laptop it refused to turn on. And then with Inspiron 7000 series last month. This issue has happened with me twice using Dell Inspiron. Thereafter, it's up to you to follow or not. Picture: the end of the adapter cable that i reconnected, note that i only reconnected this one and not the other end. And still nothing, do i just check the adapter cable (from the female end of the power input) to see if something's there? or is it something else like a power surge (considering it was raining heavily)? thanks. Nothing, i reconnected the adapter cable (only on one end) which was to the motherboard. Opened the backplate and checked if the battery cable was at fault and reconnected the cable on both ends. I was just playing some games on a heavy rain in the afternoon and my laptop suddenly turns off by itself, its sort of normal if it turns off from overheating, but what i noticed is that the charger light (which the charger was plugged), turned off aswell.įrom this i knew it was weird, so i disconnected the charger (and all pheripherals), waited a bit, plugged the charger back onto the wall then the lights on the charger was on again, but when i connected it to my laptop, it went off. ![]() |
